Individual bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 72hrs (3 days) before the booking time at no cost. Cancellations and amendments for such bookings within 72 hours before the booking time will be charged fully.
Bookings for 9 people or less can be cancelled or amended up to 72hrs (3 days) before the booking time at no cost. Cancellations and amendments for such groups within 72 hours before the booking time will be charged fully.
Bookings for groups of 10 people or more can be cancelled or amended free of charge only up to 7 days before the booking time. Cancellations and amendments for such groups that are within 7 days of the booked time will be fully charged.
Weather conditions prevent the activities from operating, as per management's absolute discretion.
Other operational reasons preventing the activities from operating, as per management's absolute discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be permitted if:
Refund is requested 72 hours before the booking time of the activity.
Circumstances beyond management's control that require an indefinite closure of the activity; such circumstances being at management's absolute discretion.
Customers are unable to re-book in the case of cancellation by management's absolute discretion.
Any previously amended bookings will not be eligible for refund.
Refund Rejection Terms
Applications for Refunds will be rejected if:
The customer fails to show up at Jais Welcome Center 30 minutes before the booking time mentioned in the ticket.
The customer (for group size upto 9) attempts to change a booking within 72 hours of the booking time of the activity.
The customer (for group size >=10) attempts to change a booking within 7 days of the booking time of the activity.
The customer does not meet the safety requirements set out on www.omanzipline.com website and in the Terms and Conditions.
